Establish In 2005, Tsubaki Factory has been focusing on manufacture and supply bag former of packaging machine from finished bag sizes 0.8” (20mm) up to 16” (400mm). According to customer’s demand, we provide round, rectangular,  oval type bag former as well as other special styles. We have excellent manufactory capacity.

As the most qualified Chinese partner in packaging machine industry, we continues to serve many customer all over the world, we sold the formers and VFFS Assemblies to England, Italy, Germany, USA, Czech Republic, Russia, Thailand etc. We also always glad to be your vendor in your packing machine business.

Our Start Stroy

We grew up in a small mountain village, and our parents were kind and simple farmers. Brother Mr. Hua left home at the age of 20 to work for a company in Kunshan, 1100 kilometers from our hometown. In order to enable our family to have a better life, also to achieve his goals in life, he started a difficult business. how did he start? he only had five years of experience in making bag formers for packing machines, so things begin.

We only supply bag former,bag former is the core parts on packaging machine.

We did former for more than 15 years,with many experience in manufacture bag which will be suitable for guide the film smooth running on your packaging machine ,and help to produce the beautiful bags.We are the family owned team,every worker try their best to do the best bag former to serve and feed back to customer,all of us want to take this job constantly continue,we are the most stable and reliable team of yours.

The  forming collar made of Concavo-convex SUS304 plate,reduce film drag,forming collar construction using state-of-the-art CNC technology to process ,The forming tube main using SUS304 tube , processing by lathe, for some non-target (the Chinese market can’t find and buy ),we use 2mm-4mm thickness SUS304 plate to rolling, resistance corrosion and easy to clean.

Please tell me your bag width and vertical sealing type,also if possible please  send me the former install size.All your concern for your require you can let us know clearly and then we will know where should be pay more attention when manufacture.

Before former manufacture,we will confirm the dimension with you , before former delivery,we will test  (in our factory,we have a VFFS machine model dedicated to forming set test) , because the bag former we will send to overseas, we pay more attention to all details . Normally the oversea customer’s VFFS machine with  good process and accurate mechanic parts , our former installed on their VFFS machine display excellent film control .

Bag former with 1 years guarantee period, but if we did wrong former to you ,we will send you a new one for free as soon as possible, we also can arrange our engineer to help install and adjust the former if needed.

 Mark your logo and part number on bag former is also OK for us.We can carving by CNC ,but please to provide the logo CAD file.

Normally our leading time is 10-15 working days after all the information collected and received the down payment,but if you need urgently ,we will treat as rush order .
